CHEAPEST Scuba Diving in Asia | Perhentian Islands

It's been around 4 years now since I've done my last scuba dive and I've been eager to do it again. One of the main reasons I haven't done a dive in a while is because it's so dam expensive but I'm pretty sure the Perhentian Islands has some of the cheapest scuba dives in all of Asia so I'd be crazy not to do it again.
