The Bill of Rights vs. the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

This video aims to correct a lot of circulating misinformation about the Bill of Rights. Some poorly informed commentators are saying that the Bill of Rights is somehow a "superior" way to fight tyranny in the Canadian provinces.
