Rope Chainsaw Annihilates Tree Branches

FERGUS Landscaping is in NorthEast NJ. This is a video from work we did at my home. Fergus doesn't do this type of work, but we do similar type of lower limb smaller diameter tree pruning/cutting/trimming.
Using a pole saw and 3 - 100 ft braided ropes, we first cut down a 8 inch thick, 20 ft long sweet gum tree branch.
The branch was approximately 25 feet high on a 55ft tall Sweet Gum tree.
The second tree branch is a Maple Tree that is 40ft high. The branch was 25ft high where we cut it and was 20ft long. It was 8 inches thick at the base cut. We used a 1/2" braided rope to direct its fall & a 48" rope chainsaw.
The rope chain saw performs very well and makes cutting and safety a priority.
Safety is first. The further away we can be from the branch and the closer to the ground we are is safest. We wear hard hats sometimes.
While it may seem the branch that falls damaged the pool and garage/shed, it did NOT. There was absolutely no damage. The photo at 6:22 confirms this.
Always keep the Rope Chain Saw inside & lubricated to avoid rust & chain lockup. If your chain does lockup, simply lubricate & move individual links to get back in working order. This may take an hour.
