Dear friends welcome to our Tv show Shalom Israel, a show about the Culture, History, Life, and Religion of the Israel People.
Today we have the privilege to have again as guests Mr. Douglas and Mrs. Dolores Sprague, from Montana, USA.
Welcome to our TV show Mr. Douglas and Mrs. Dolores.
There are three things in the heart of God that affect all that He does: His passion for the Bride, His zeal for the harvest, and His love and purpose for Israel. The Church, His own Body, is called to work together with Him as He restores His ancient people and is glorified in them again. We find five biblical mandates which apply to every Christian who seeks to understand and partake in the unfolding of the miracle o Israel:
Provoke them to Jealousy, Show them Mercy, Pray for them, give to them, and Rejoicing with them.
1. Mr. Douglas we are living in the End Times, why is this mandate of God Provoke Israel to Jealousy so important?
A. (Rom 11:14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
2. How this mandate of God can be fulfilled?
A. One of the Church’s greatest calls and highest challenges is to make the Jew jealous: to so display the beauty and majesty of God that the Jew may be drowned to know and Love Him wholeheartedly.
3. Practically how this may happen?

4. Apostle Paul explains that the gentile nations received mercy because of Israel’s disobedience. And further, he says, “because of the mercy shown to you they also may now be shown mercy” (Rom. 11:31)
Why the gentile Church of God must show mercy to Israel?
A. Centuries after centuries of ongoing abuse, shame, and oppression in many nations have left deep wounds.
5. As an historian, what you can say about the dimension of the oppression against Israel over the centuries?
A. The heart of Israel is deeply wounded and beyond recovery apart from a sovereign miracle of healing and resurrection life from God!
6. The scriptures command us to pray for two cities: One in which you live and for Jerusalem (Ps 122:6) Why to pray for the peace of Jerusalem?

7. You are part of an international fellowship of Christians which pray constantly for the peace of Jerusalem called the Wold Wide Watch. May you share about this prayer movement?

8. “Gentiles have shared in their spiritual things, they are indebted to minister to them also in material things” (Rom 15:27) Why the Christian believers must bless the messianic believers and Israel in general? Is this connected with the promising of God to Abraham?

9. Why our Lord God wants to “rejoice with His people: (Rom 15:10)?
A. Paul; is quoting from Moses’ famous song:” Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.” (Deut. 32:43)

Final
In spite of all the difficult times we live our God is leading our history toward His Ends. Why Christians should be Glad? Because God is rising in His power and majesty to fulfill His Word over Abraham’s natural seed.
When we see the hand of God stretched once again toward Israel with mercy and grace, when we see the fig tree blossoming, we know that the summer is near, that the Lord Yeshua HaMashiach is at the door!
