The 'unaccredited' journalist is viewed by some as somewhat of a heckler, but he asks a very valid and relevant question. Some people say that he should wait until it's his turn, but his turn will never come. Tough questions similar to his should have been asked by the 'accredited' journalists a long time ago, but they don't want to lose their accreditation and the subsidies their companies receive from the government, so these questions will never be asked.
