IS THIS WHERE WE REALLY WANNA GO?!? MY TAKE ON THE RV TRUTH LIVESTREAM

Not wanting to move on in a conversation with a participant who is clearly a disingenuous slanderer (that's just the objective truth) and requesting that he PROVE and BACK UP his VILE ASSERTIONS and evil behavior has, somehow, in the eyes of many in the livestream last night and here today, become a “gate-keeping” method, while ad hominems are launched, bad behavior is applauded and underhanded tactics are promoted. Slander matters. False accusations matter. Being an A**Hole matters.

Ignorance of any facts that might exist regarding signs and symbols (and I am ignorant of MUCH of that, having given almost no study to it) is not immoral. On the other hand, doing and saying immoral things and applying them to potentially innocent people IS immoral and it reveals the heart of the man who does it. I can't stand up for or behind anyone like that, it doesn't matter the truth that may or may not fall from his lips. Like a muddied spring or a polluted well are the righteous who give way to the wicked.

I've reflected on the livestream last night. I don't view my self as having “won” anything. Not even close. I did a HORRIBLE job, I could have been more patient. I could have interrupted less, tried to understand more, been more clear....etc. My spirit is deeply disturbed over the interaction on this livestream. I'm not looking for anyone to be on my side, having grown to realize that taking comfort in many voices screaming in your favor is no TRUE COMFORT at all. Satisfaction comes in being honest with the truth, with one's own heart and in the comfort that only time, humility and instruction can bring.

TRUE comfort only comes in doing and saying what is right by my fellow man. If wrong has been done, I'll attempt to correct it. We all know that interactions like this often times solidifies and cements listeners even more steadfastly into their own positions (weather by reason or by faith or by knowledge) and division and anger intensifies.
