I've been using resistance bands with my personal training clients for years. During the lockdown, loads of people asked me for ways to train at home because they didn't have access to a gym. So I decided to make this video.

These are over fifty exercises you can do without the need for a lot of space. They aren't the only ones, but I covered all major muscle groups and gave a bunch of variations too. This is my way of giving back to all the people who supported me over the years.
