CDC changed PCR test threshold UP during 2020 and DOWN on Biden's inauguration

The CDC set the PCR test threshold purposely HIGH to get many false positives, then on Biden's inauguration day - it was turned down to the 28 level that it was meant to work with. They should burn in hell for what they have done to America and the world.
