Guided Self-worth Meditation for processing the repressed emotions of not feeling worthy. I will first guide you through a relaxation process. You then journey into your body to find where you are holding the repressed emotions of not feeling worthy. Once you have located it, I will guide you through a process to release the emotion (fear-filter) and help you find clarity. You would also benefit from combining this meditation with the Confidence, Positive mindset and Gratitude Affirmations series on my YouTube channel.
It is essential to repeat these meditations until you feel that you have resolved, and healed your perception of yourself. Repetition is the key to changing and reshaping the way you perceive, interpret and experience your reality.
