Isaiah Meanderings (9): Ch 6 - God's Glory Strengthening/Preparing Isaiah for the Road Ahead

In Isaiah 6, Isaiah has an encounter with God that prepares him for the difficult, and at times - seemingly, pointless, call ahead. A beautiful encounter of God's holiness and human forgiveness, in preparation of speaking truth to the hard-hearted people who are committed to their own stubborn end. But in truth it is not the end - it is simply the journey of love required of God - letting a people go in the direction they choose. God's love follows the long path they have chosen - all the way to the cross.
