On Tuesday, Oct. 26, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) voted to revoke the authorization for China Telecom's U.S. subsidiary to operate in the United States due to national security concerns; Phoenix TV will probably be the next target of the FCC, according to a media lawyer who is familiar with the FCC; Moreover, the three major U.S. retailers: Home Depot, Best Buy and Lowe's removed two brands of Chinese surveillance lenses from their shelves.
