ASAP Rocky’s ‘LIVE.LOVE.ASAP’ will be re-released on streaming platforms.
A$AP Rocky ’s debut mixtape LIVE.LOVE.A$AP will reportedly be added to streaming services before the month is over.
HighSnobiety reports that the 16-track mixtape is being released on streaming platforms to commemorate its ten-year anniversary.
Armed with the hit singles “Purple Swag” and “Peso,” Rocky, and the A$AP Mob, burst onto the hip hop scene in 2011 ushering in a new style of New York rap.
The mixtape was laced with several southern-sounding songs and Rocky’s voice was screwed on several of them.
The New York Times called him a New York rapper with a hint of elsewhere.
He told the publication that he would shed tears if native New Yorkers gave him his props “because New York is stubborn and arrogant.”

The Harlem-bred rapper also told Billboard, at the time, that his first mixtape was “better than a lot of people’s albums.” LIVE.LOVE.A$AP undeniably helped introduce the world to Rocky and his A$AP Mob collective.
