Jay the Patriot is joined by Ernie 2.0: TRUTH & TRANSPARENCY, Leslie McGrew, the mother of James McGrew and Amy Hunt, the Fiancée of Sean McHugh, both Jan 6th Political Prisoners being held in DC...to discuss their loved one’s accounts of the False Flag events that occurred on Jan 6th at our US Capital in DC. Join us as they share their accounts of Jan 6, 2021.

The Biden Regime, FBI and DOJ have made it crystal clear that if one is a Conservative American, one can expect to have ones civil, constitutional, and basic human rights will be stripped away one by one. The events that unfolded on Jan 6th, 2021, was not that of an Insurrection, it was that of a protest. The Insurrection occurred on November 3, 2020, and the mainstream media has created a narrative that is completely bogus.

One of many separate incidences occurred near the US Capital, where members of the Capital Police proceeded to eventually beat a peaceful and unarmed female protester, Roseanne Boyland to death in cold blood, retaliating against anyone who tried to assist in helping her...cue James McGrew and Sean McHugh, who attempted to protect Roseanne but these federal officers pummeled to her death and left her lifeless body left at the steps of our US Capital.

I have some questions: Where is the justice for Roseanne? Where is the justice for these Political Prisoners who have yet to have their day in court or to be adequately provided legal representation for that matter?

Although, there is a plethora of video evidence, it gives a different story of what occurred at the Capital and it doesn’t match the narrative of the mainstream media, as they would rather create an alternate narrative, portraying these Patriots as Insurrectionists, although none of them have been charged with Insurrection. It doesn't add up and it is truly a grand miscarriage of justice.

James McGrew was arrested May 24, 2021 and is being held with no release date. He is a US Marine Corp Veteran and Patriot, who joined the Marine Corp after the events of 9/11, in order to fight for his country. While he was serving his country, James and two other Marines were hit by a IED while on patrol in Iraq, downplaying his injuries so that he could finish his tour.

Once James returned stateside, he wanted to stay in the Marine Corp to serve his country with his fellow Marines but was later discharged due to his injuries he sustained. James's loves his country, and faithfully served as a 3rd generation Marine, serving in the footsteps of his Marine Father and Grandfather. James is a Conservative, who was brought up to love others and to love God. He is a father of one son and helps take care of his mother Leslie. She needs him home!

Sean McHugh is a California Conservative Patriot, who worked hard to support his family and run his construction business. Sean went to the Save America protest in DC to stand up for our rights under the US Constitution. Sean never imagined the nightmare that he would witness unfolding at the Capital that fateful day.

Sean has experienced multiple abuses from Capital Police Officer while in solitary confinement and now suffers from medical conditions due to lack of proper nutrition, clean drinking water, access to the outside or proper healthcare.

Sean has provided details of the drinking water that comes out brown, having to use his washcloth to filter the water. His dinner consists of two slices of cheese and a paper-thin slice of bologna, with a scoop of apple mush, if he's lucky to receive his whole dinner. Sean describes his situation as hopeless, as he cannot find unbiased or proper legal representation in DC.

Similar to James, Sean has no trial date scheduled and the US Court keep violating his right to a speedy trial and waives his times in the "interest of justice". Sean feels like this nightmare will never end and the conservative media outlets have largely ignored the January 6th Patriots. It’s time that someone shine’s the light of truth regarding the events that occurred on Jan 6th and the world learns the truth.

Hello my fellow Americans. My name is Sean McHugh, I'm 34 years old and have a 14-year-old Son. I also help take care of my Fiancé kids whom I consider to be my own. Their ages are 13 & 17. I've worked hard for years gaining hands on experience to finally open my own construction and electrical company which was quickly put to a halt by the US Government. Everything was going fine up until May 27 when I was disappeared. My business was taking off, I was training people to work for me so I could expand, and my family would live comfortable. Life was simple, though Biden's unconstitutional laws were being felt nationwide already. Being confined has proven to be a contest of who can violate my rights the most and which combination of perpetrators best fits their desired outcome. My very own lawyers are working against me. both were court appointed lawyers from DC and it’s no surprise that I am just a stepping stone to them to get to Trump. My current lawyer took it upon herself to take away the burden of proof from the prosecution during my detention hearing and waived my time when I told her no. There hasn't even been one motion filed for me despite my requests to date. The list goes on and on. Monday will be my first day Lawyer free. I'm going Pro Se and I am very nervous, but I have no choice. I am confident in the truth and that is what I intend to expose in my motions. Upon arrival to the DC Jail, I was immediately discriminated against by staff. I was initially housed in south 2 where it’s a confining 80 degrees plus. They provoked fights between other inmates and me. They opened doors separating myself from people who wanted to kill me with shanks made from fans the staff provides. These doors were opened for people who wanted to throw feces urine and semen cocktails on me and make attempts to sexually assault me and expose themselves to me all done in front of staff who would just turn a blind eye. I would file grievance after grievance and plead to the guards and lieutenants about what was happening to me day in and day out to no avail. They were all complicit in this corruption. After speaking out I was moved to the hole, formally called segregated confinement, in an attempt to silence me where they strip you of all commissary and what remaining bits of dignity you may still posses. They handcuff you while you take a shower and practice their psychological warfare. Mind you I have never been written up for bad behavior or anything of the sort. Just recently I complained to a nurse about the black mold in my cell and in and around the vents in my cell. I told her how it has affected my breathing, my sinuses and how my chest hurts with every breath. I explained how I've been on antihistamines since august and ibuprofen yet my headaches and symptoms have grown tremendously. She said I possibly have covid and need to quarantine in my cell without even taking my temperature. When I asked her if she tests for antibodies she said no and that I would need a vaccine to which I declined. Now released from quarantine no one has seen me about my health. Someone came to test for black mold in my cell and took samples from everywhere but where I showed him the black mold was. Then told me I don't know what I'm talking about, and he's been in the business for 30 years. Did I mention I'm a contractor? Lastly to top off the treatment here they attempted to take a fellow patriot’s life by zip tying his hands behind his back and beating him with flashlights til he was dragged out of the pod bloodied and barley clinging to life. They detached his retina and fractured his skull and orbital. I could go on and on about the treatment and corruption here in DC. The corruption which took place on January 6th is what got us here. We were entrapped instigated and now persecuted without a voice. DC police and capitol police were intentionally targeting women and elderly. They beat the women and elderly without provocation to incite a riot. People were intentionally shot in the face with rubber bullets and mace balls that produces holes in their faces. Two women were executed in broad daylight that we know of. We all know Ashli Babbitt god rest her soul, but few know of Roseanne Boyland. Roseanne was beaten unconscious with batons and still beaten over the head while lifeless on the ground. But that wasn't enough. The police then proceeded to stomp on her lifeless body. There is evidence of FBI DHS and ANTIFA involvement which instigated violence. We need people in positions of power to take this seriously and investigate this fraud perpetrated on the American People. If people don't wake up to the facts now, then we are doomed. It is now the people’s duty to protect the Constitution and our civil liberties from the government. I'm no veteran but I have learned that freedom is not free. It takes sacrifice and we are always a generation away from losing it. God bless you and God bless America!
