Liner Notes:
Belief System is the only track that’s the last to be recorded during my time living at the student accommodation. The song is about my complete disdain and bitterness of growing up highly religious. I came to some kind of conclusion that my beliefs and people around me were hypocritical and didn’t like the idea of someone questioning things. The song isn’t necessarily about religion either. Media, your teachers, friends and family play a big part in your reality. That’s when you question whether your beliefs are your own or what someone tells you. You have to ground yourself no matter how naïve or intelligent you are.
