Dingbat Berry was recently featured in a New York Times article, where they revealed that she had been making unsubstantiated claims of threats against her. She is the public health officer for Clallam County, where she has required many indoor business to verify patrons are fully-vaccinated before receiving services. In other words, the Vaccine Passport in Clallam County.
