Bizarre Accident, South Livingston, 1 Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, October 29, 2021 - At approximately 2:25 pm on Octo ber 29, 2021, a black 2017 Ford Mustang, driven by Bryce Aloys Yosko, 20, of Spring, was south-bound on US-59 at the south end of Livingston. According to Yosko, an 18 wheeler forced him off the pavement to the right. Yosko's vehicle entered the center median and came to a stop. Yosko exited his vehicle. At that moment, another south-bound 18 wheeler was coming too fast (and traffic had slowed down). The driver of the second 18 wheeler, Ereka Preze Hayes, 50, of Houston, was coming too fast. To avoid a collision with the slowed traffic, Hayes cut left and also entered the center median.

It Gets Even Weirder...
When Hayes' 18 wheeler entered the center median, his rig struck a light pole that had already been knocked down before, but nobody knew about. The light pole was pushed forward and struck Yosko who was standing in the area after exiting his mustang. The impact of the light pole against Yosko literally knocked him out of his boots. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Sergeant Dallas Early with the Livingston Police Department and other officers with LPD. Local State Troopers also showed up to assist LPD. Yosko was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Hayes was physically okay. Traffic was not blocked during investigation and clean up. This accident remains under investigation by the Livingston Police Department. Yosko's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. A heavy duty wrecker was sent for the 18 wheeler.
