Halloween Howl Highlights 2021

Thousands and thousands of people were in Downtown Concord on Oct. 29, 2021, for the 12th Annual Halloween Howl. After skipping it in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ghouls and goblins were a bit restless and came out in droves. Here are some highlights.
