Niall Mc Guigan - Spirit

The song Spirit, from Niall Mc Guigan's album "awareness" is a reflection on how our true nature or spirit can be suppressed by limiting belief systems, and the feeling of disconnection from ourselves and others in modern society. The chorus, which was taken from the Tibetan Book of the Dead, states “see yourself in others, what harm could you do, then whom could you hurt”.
