BIDEN ADMIN NEGOTIATING HALF A MILLION - UP TO $1 MILLION PAID TO EACH ILLEGAL FAMILY SEPARATED AT THE BORDER
The Biden admin is in talks to offer immigrant families that were separated during the Trump admin around $450,000 PER PERSON and $1 MILLION PER FAMILY, in compensation... though the final numbers could shift.

The ACLU identified ~ 5,500 children. The number eligible is expected to be smaller, as govt officials aren’t sure how many will come forward. Around 940 claims have so far been filed.

A DHS attorney involved in the talks complained on a conference call that the payouts could amount to MORE THAN SOME FAMILIES OF 9/11 VICTIMS RECEIVED.

The administration has also reunited deported illegal aliens across the border with their children inside the U.S. 52 families have settled here so far with 200 more in process. In addition to the money, they have a 3-year grant of temporary humanitarian protection that allows them to live and work legally in the U.S.
