Bagua Shifts & Strikes

This is the full Bagua in the Alchemical 3 Treasures Qigong. Leg compression is used in all of the eight directional strikes. Breath and lifting of the thrusting vessel is a major part of this Qigong. Breath control and leg compression are other aspects of this Qigong.
