The reps and the sets at the end of the workout are the hardest for everyone. While exhaustion does often have a physical aspect, the real battle and where it’s won is in the mind.

Pushing through “tired” is a basic part of how you are created. The most basic functions of who you are designed to be as a man (Protection and Provision) are impossible to separate from the capacity to push beyond your own mental and physical limitations, but those of who or what you’re fighting or hunting.

Push through. Finish strong. Commit no matter what. Prove TO YOURSELF daily who you are, what you’re committed to, and how far you’re willing to go!
