Had this lovely lady come and teach us a couple of songs in my Body Blast class as a sneak peak for our #BCAM Breast Cancer Awareness class. Yvonne is a long time student and client and most of all, a sister friend of mine who just turned instructor and this is her first official class! She will be my guest instructor with a cameo of my husband JJOHN. It will be a blast!
