David Menzies speaks to Liberty and Marcie Blando, Filipino-Canadian sisters who were forced to return home after their flight made a stop in Hong Kong. Authorities there singled out the sisters, the only Canadian citizens on the flight, and made obsessive demands over their paperwork and documentation.
