Ben Sasse confronts Merrick Garland regarding his confirmation promises to not "Politicize" the DOJ as the last two administrations had.

On Monday, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memorandum in which he wailed about the “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”… and in turn, directs the FBI into action to harass, intimidate, and threaten violence toward Parents.
