My employees supported me through my cancer diagnosis, and now I am supporting them

Having my kids shave my head after starting chemo was more emotional than I expected. I have always believed that one of the most powerful ways to deal with tragedy and pain is by giving back. I am announcing today that I will be giving $10 million personally to provide $5,000 to each of our employee’s families that suffer serious illness or disease.
