Dr. Peter Pry on Solar & Man-Made (EMP) Threats to the US Power Grid

Nationally recognized author and expert on HTG (Hardening The Grid) speaks to a Salt Lake City gathering explaining what they can do to protect themselves from solar storms or man-made threats to the electric grid.
Dr. Pry was hosted by the Utah EMP Task Force to come speak to Utah in 2021 and he urges States and even localities to protect themselves from this existential threat if the Federal Government does not.
