Now that kids are back in places like school and childcare in person, signs of child abuse are easier to notice. Because of this, Kern County is seeing a rise in child abuse reports. 23ABC’s Kallyn Hobmann spoke with the Kern County Department of Human Services about why it’s important to know what signs to look for.
