HOW TO FIX LEG FLICKING WHEN JOGGING!!

The leg flicking when jogging is typically due to tight muscles in the hips and legs causing the foot the overpronate, which can lead to many unwanted injuries from constant poor form when running. If the abdominal muscles are not strong enough to counter balance the weight of the legs, or/and the tightness of the hip flexors and quads, the tendency is for the pelvis to tilt forward, which cause the knees and feet to turn inwards.
