The tragic accidental shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins by Alec Baldwin on the set of his new movie 'Rust' is being blamed on three people; head armourer Hannah Gutierrez Reed, assistant director Dave Halls, and Alec Baldwin himself. However, what if there was something else that facilitated this horrible occurrence? Could it be that COVID safety protocols had something to do with it?
