Bob Chiaradio Challenges Westerly, RI School Board On Several Fronts

Bob Chiaradio tasked the Westerly School Board to remove themselves from the (RIASC) Rhode Island Association of School Committees.

The Department of Justice recently sent out a memo that would task school committees to report incidents of violence or threats perceived or not. Tim Duffy, the head of RIASC, vowed to engage AG Merritt Garland's memo and report those incidents where parents fight to speak on their children's education.

In other thoughts, Bob Chiaradio is seeking to find if the Westerly school system's libraries has inappropriate materials such a Gender Queer or Lawn Boy both of which have pornographic images and/or suggestive dialogue.
