Rust AD Admits to NOT Checking the "Prop Gun" | Rookie Armorer Has a History of Bad On-Set Behavior

Before handing the gun to Alec Baldwin that killed Halyna Hutchins, Assistant Director David Halls admitted to not making sure it wasn't loaded. Oops.

The armorer on the set, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 24, had been screamed at by Nicholas Cage for two accidental shootings when they worked on a film previously. She obviously did not check the gun before it made it to Baldwin, but that's not the first death that she was accomplice to either.
