Meditation & Reiki Session 10/19/21

This is our Meditation/Reiki Group Session from 10/19/21. Suzanne guides the group into a relaxing meditation and then Pam the Reiki Master gives the group a Reiki Session. Watching this video will allow you to receive the benefits of the guided meditation and the Reiki Session, since Reiki energy is no limited by time or space. All you need to do is be in a comfortable position in a place where you won’t be disturbed and have the intention to be open to receive the positive Reiki energy. The Reiki part of the session is silent.

Reiki is an effective energetic technique that can promote wellbeing on all levels - physical, emotional and mental. Reiki works on the bio field the energy field around us that regulates our body and mind to restore the body’s natural energy flow. With the stresses and demands of modern life, many people’s bio fields are out of balance witch can manifest as physical and emotional issues. Reiki energy means “universal life source energy” and it can give the body and mind the “energy boost” it needs to return to a state of balance and wellbeing quickly and easily.
