Azerbaijani Chicken Kebab

Ingredients:
3 kg of chicken
1 large onion
salt, pepper, dried mint to taste
potato (if young, then peel, the old one is not necessary)

For the sauce:

1 tsp red hot pepper
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp salt
half a lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
