Dr. Thomas Palmer - Oregon Foot Clinic vandalizing elderly, disabled neighbors' vehicles

Our maniac (former) neighbor Tom Palmer (aka PeeWee). Spent a half hour kicking rocks and dust on our other neighbors' vehicles because I guess nobody is supposed to park in the county road right-of-way. They were having some work done on their driveway and parked there to stay out of the way. Thank God he's no longer a practicing doctor? I sure have lost a lot of respect for the medical community due to PeeWee. I post this to warn others. Why I've had to suffer from this is Gods own private mystery. I know it's his plan and I struggle to follow the book; Love and forgive our oppressors and pray for them. Please put him in yours also.
