NPR states Sparrow Hospital in Lansing MI is overrun by non-covid patients, is that true?

NPR reports that the Lansing Sparrow Hospital emergency room is being overrun by non covid related illnesses. I work in Lansing MI so I checked it out. Because this is Rumble and free speech I give an educated opinion why this is happening.
