Wood turning: Purple resin and Sweet Gum Vase

For this project I decided to finally make something for a good friend of mine and his wife. They sent me an awesome goodie box a while back, so this was the least I could do to say thanks. I made it from purple and white resin and used Sweet Gum for the wood. The wood is from some property we recently bought in Tn to retire to in a couple of years. Let me now what you think!
