This is a 30 minute video of seated chair exercises. We will gently warm up the body, move through simple yoga flows and poses. . We will finish with a meditation.

If at any time a movement doesn't feel right please pause and take a few long breaths. It's important to listen to your body. You want to experience an appropriate (Mild to Moderate) level of sensation while performing these exercises. I will talk more about it during the videos.
