Carpenter Bees (slow motion to show detail of hover)

The song in the video is my own original creation. I made it with real instruments (real African drum and shakers with a reverb effect added later).

The video depicts a pair of Carpenter Bees. The video shows how the bees are able to hover like a helicopter.

The original video was shot at 60fps, and the final result is at 12.5 percent speed.

The video was shot with a Nikon lens on my Lumix G85, and I do not have precise data anymore on which lens I used, but it was most likely a 105mm Nikon Nikkor macro lens. The video was shot handheld, and the very slow frame rate compensates for camera shake effectively.
