Railfanning at Beacon with Metro North & Amtrak Action. Featuring a surprise extra train

Recorded on 10/23/21. This was actually going to be an attempt to do a Breckneck Ridge Fall Foliage Railfanning trip but parking was overcrowded and the Station was closed for the season. So me and my Dad relocated to Beacon since it's a station we haven't been to in a very long time. We still had a great time here. Amtrak goes through here at over 90 MPH which is awesome. This station had a lot of pasengers who came up here for Apple and Pumpkin picking. Enough demand where the MTA actually brought in an extra train that you will see deadhead to Beacon and return to Grand Central via local stops to Ossining then express stops to Tarrytown, Harlem and Grand Central.
