Edmonton Police arrive on October 24th to removes the teepee setup by the Alberta first nations. An elder stays in the main teepee and refuses to leave her hut. The police eventually agree to remove the teepee with her inside it, even though it is risky. They will likely drag out the removal process through the night. Protests and police raids continue across Canada.
