Barack Obama Downplays Underage Rape | Joe Biden ABSOLUTE FAILURE

Joe Biden is failing worse than any President has in nearly 7 decades in approval rating. But what's insane to note is the partisan divide. 92% of Democrats still support him and 94% of Republicans do not. There's never been a higher divide in the 80 years the poll has kept track of the numbers.
