Non Pay to Play Youth Soccer

There is NO COST to our football program, other than incidental fees for registration and kits. If you need housing, academic programing, or if you join us for the pro-scouting trip to Spain, there are fees.

Our goal is to develop players to the top of their game, while helping them navigate the pathway to their goals. Whether the player is focused on professional or collegiate opportunities, at Pathfinder like-minded athlete/scholars are immersed in top soccer training, state-of-the-art facilities, and a very unique exchange program allowing them to train and study in Spain 1/3 of the year.

We are currently recruiting for several opportunities. We are recruiting now for our 3-month trip to Spain in January 2022, or to start with us for the new USL Academy / USL League Two season starting in April 2022, or to start our new academic year in August.

We have a full-time residential program that trains and competes year-round. We sign players for 3 to 10-month intervals. The typical contract is 10-months and includes 3-months in Spain and 7 months in New York. Players have the opportunity to compete in USL A League, with our Senior USL League Two team, and against the top clubs in Europe. Our goal is to showcase you, so you are signed professionally, or you find your NCAA path.

Our goal for young players (16 - 18): we want to provide senior team opportunities to academy players. Top USLA players that can also play for the senior team on USL2. This way they have the opportunity to promote, train and compete at the top level of the game. USL2/USLA season can culminate with professional trials in Spain. An example cycle: start April and play USLA / USL2 through December, go to Spain for pro trials Jan - April.
