Northwest, California bracing for impact of storm

Evacuations are underway and power outages have been reported as a storm system takes aim at the Pacific Northwest and parts of California. Several damage reports came in after a series of reported tornadoes hit the Midwest. ABC's Mona Kosar Abdi has the latest.
