Info from Licensor: "Identical twins Vienna and Brielle are 18 months old and are dressing up as Slinky Dog from Toy Story for Halloween. Their grandmother handmade the costume. The slinky is in fact an oversized slinky. Vienna is the "head" and Brielle is the "tail." Whoever would keep the hat on was the front of the costume."
