US Treasury Dept.

With the debt ceiling deferred, the US Treasury Dept. has issued more UST Bills - the best of the best financial collateral. This is a capital market relief! But it takes two to (con)tango: will money dealers make use of this collateral and 'clone' it (i.e. rehypothecate)?
