Ingredients:

2 lt of water
700 gr. beef
2 onions (one to the broth, the other one for frying)
700 gr. potatoes
1 orange pepper (can be used red as well)
1 green pepper
4-5 slices of capsicum
150g peas
2 cloves of garlic
3 small tomatoes
1 tbsp of oil, salt, pepper, turmeric (to taste)
