Shocking- Appalachian Families That Can't Afford to Heat Their Homes

As we enter colder weather, I am reminded a few years ago, I would not have believed people still live without bathrooms or indoor running water or some families in Appalachia East Tennessee can't afford to heat their homes.

This is the story of a lady we encountered with 3 teens, who couldn't afford to heat.
