TERROR IN THE MIDNIGHT SUN 1959 (aka Space Invasion of Lapland, and an Americanized, shorter version titled Invasion of the Animal People) This is the complete Swedish version, in English.

A meteor crashes in a remote part of Sweden, soldiers and a geologist are called out to investigate. They discover that the meteor is actually a spaceship, and the aliens within release a hideous giant monster that destroys their plane. They send for help by having two of the group ski to a local village. Meanwhile, the giant wreaks havoc across the snowy countryside.

The film is now in Public Domain and has various edited versions around. This is the complete Swedish release for Europe, which was filmed in English, in the best available quality. It's very much like a pretty decent American Sci-Fi B-movie of the 1950s.
