Employment in the future will not be like it is today or even yesterday. In the future, all jobs, even white collar jobs will be outsourced and everyone will be competing with other people around the world for work receiving micropayments in return. From haptic technology where you control robots doing menial labor to avatars representing you in 3D spaces we will all be working in different places while staying at home.

This is not about the automation of work and more leisure time in our lives.
