Adorable Little boy with Down Syndrome at Playground

Trisomy 21, commonly known as Down Syndrome, is a chromosomal abnormality resulting in a third chromosome for #21. This little boy is such a joy to be around. He surely enjoys playing on the equipment at the playground!
